Hardware Requirements

1.    Intel® Core™2Duo/2 Quad/Pentium®/Celeron®/Xeon™, AMD K6/Turion™/Athlon™/Duron™/Sempron™ 2 GHz processor or faster. 2 (or more) CPU processor for Application Server

2.    RAM

• Stations: 512 GB RAM for each CPU core but not less than 1 GB
• Server: 2 GB RAM for each CPU core, 4 GB for intensive processing, 2 GB for MS SQL Server

3.    Hard disk space

• Stations: 1 GB, of which 800 MB is required for installing the stations
• Server installation: 100 MB
• Application Server: 200 MB
• Processing Server: 50 MB
• Database Server: 2 GB (when using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition)
• Protection Server: 50 MB
• File Storage: 300 GB for 1 mln of black and white A4 pages

ABBYY FlexiCapture 10 provides OCR (recognition of machine-printed characters) for more than 180 languages, ICR (recognition of hand-printed characters) for more than 100 languages and dictionary support for more than 40 languages.
For such fields as Name, Number, Date/Time, Currency and Address FlexiCapture provides a set of pre-defined regional formats and dictionaries.
